주요 업무:
• N-DAS 및 Private 5G 관련 제품, 사업 및 솔루션 개발 업무 관리 및 지원
• 고객 요구사항을 파악하고 이를 실질적인 무선 네트워크 솔루션으로 구체화
• N-DAS 구축 프로젝트의 Project Manager/PMO 역할 수행
• 프로젝트 일정, 주요 일정(Milestones), 리스크, 이슈, 비용 및 산출물 관리
• 고객, Engineering, Construction, Procurement, Vendor 및 내부 부서 간 프로젝트 및 업무 조율
• 프로젝트 진행 상황 회의를 주도하고 Dashboard, 보고서, Action Item 및 Risk/Issue Tracking 자료 작성
• 고객 미팅, 현장 방문, RFP/RFQ 대응, 기술 제안서, SOW, BOM, ROM 견적 및 CAPEX/OPEX 분석 등 Pre-Sales 및 Business Development 지원
• DAS/N-DAS, Private 5G/LTE, CBRS, Small Cell, RF 및 Enterprise Cellular Network 관련 시장 및 기술 동향 모니터링
• 고객 제안 및 영업에 활용할 제품 및 솔루션 자료 개발·관리
• 기술 범위, 비용/상업 조건, 일정 및 구축 전략과 관련한 고객 및 파트너 커뮤니케이션 지원
• Texas 및 기타 미국 시장에서 N-DAS 및 Private 5G 신규 사업 기회 발굴 및 개발
• Enterprise 고객, System Integrator, Technology Partner, Contractor 및 Equipment Vendor와의 비즈니스 네트워크 구축
• Sales, Product, Engineering, Project Management, Procurement, Vendor 및 Customer 간 핵심 커뮤니케이션 창구 역할

자격 요건:
• Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Business 또는 관련 기술 분야 학사 학위
• Wireless Communications / Telecommunications 분야 7~10년 이상의 경력
• DAS/N-DAS, Private LTE/5G, CBRS, Small Cell 또는 Cellular Infrastructure 관련 경험
• 무선 네트워크 구축 및 구현(Deployment/Implementation) 경험
• Project Management / PMO 업무 경험
• 고객 대응 및 다양한 부서와의 Cross-functional Coordination 경험
• RFP/RFQ, SOW, BOM, ROM 또는 기술 제안서 작성 및 대응 경험
• 약 30~50% 이상의 출장 가능자

A leading global company in IT solutions, data, and logistics is looking for talented and experienced wireless network professional to support the growth and delivery of its Neutral Host Distributed Antenna System (N-DAS) and Private 5G business in the U.S. This is a hybrid role combining Product/Business Management, Project Management/PMO, and Pre-Sales support. During active deployment projects, the position will focus on project planning, execution, coordination, and delivery. During non-project periods, the role will support product strategy, market development, customer engagement, and solution development for N-DAS & Private 5G opportunities.

Responsibilities:
• Manage and support N-DAS and Private 5G product, business, and solution development activities.
Identify customer requirements and translate them into practical wireless network solutions.
• Support N-DAS implementation projects as a Project Manager/PMO, managing schedules, milestones, risks, issues, costs, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities among customers, engineering, construction, procurement, vendors, and internal teams.
• Lead project status meetings and prepare project dashboards, reports, action-item logs, and risk/issue tracking.
• Support pre-sales and business development activities, including customer meetings, site visits, RFP/RFQ responses, technical proposals, SOWs, BOMs, ROM estimates, and CAPEX/OPEX analysis.
• Monitor market and technology trends related to DAS/N-DAS, Private 5G/LTE, CBRS, small cells, RF, and enterprise cellular networks.
• Develop and maintain customer-facing products and solution materials.
• Support customer and partner discussions related to technical scope, commercial assumptions, schedules, and implementation strategy.
• Identify and develop new N-DAS and Private 5G opportunities in Texas and other U.S. markets.
• Build relationships with enterprise customers, system integrators, technology partners, contractors, and equipment vendors.
• Serve as a key interface across Sales, Product, Engineering, Project Management, Procurement, Vendors, and Customers.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in one of the following or a related field: Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Business, Related technical discipline
• Must have 7–10 years of experience in wireless communications / telecommunications
• Experience with DAS/N-DAS, Private LTE/5G, CBRS, small cells, or cellular infrastructure
• Wireless network deployment / implementation experience
• Strong project management / PMO experience
• Customer-facing and cross-functional coordination experience
• Ability to support RFP/RFQ, SOW, BOM, ROM, or technical proposals
• Willingness to travel approximately 30% - 50%+

Strongly Preferred:
• Direct N-DAS/DAS implementation experience
• Private 5G/CBRS experience
• Pre-sales/solution development experience
• Experience with enterprise/manufacturing/semiconductor/logistics customers
• PMP or related certification
