Who is Synergy Building Services? 

Synergy Building Services has been providing janitorial and vendor management services to commercial properties across the Greater Seattle Area for the last 30 years. We are looking for a bi-lingual (Korean and English) Assistant Account Manager to join our growing team.  

About the Role: 

As an Assistant Account Manager, you will be critical to Synergy's commitment to customer satisfaction. We are looking for talent who has a deep passion for customer relationship management and has experience managing the entire customer life cycle. This is an in-person role, not a remote role. The location of the office is 1600 S Graham St, Seattle, WA. The hours for this role are 8:30AM - 5:00PM. Breakfast and lunch are provided free-of-charge on-site every day. 

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):  

1. Optimizing the onboarding process for new accounts 
2. Working cross-functionally to enhance customer journey 
3. Meeting with customers to identify opportunities for growth 
4. Reporting on the health of accounts 
5. Analyzing data to identify trends, pain points and opportunities for improvement 
6. Updating our software records of changes between accounts 
7. Communicating across departments of any reports, incidents and changes 

About the Candidate:  

1. Fluent verbal and written Korean and English skills required 
2. High aptitude in learning new software as in Notion, Microsoft products, PandaDoc and other account management software required
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required   
4. 1-2 years of Account Management experience preferred
5. Experience working with commercial property management preferred 
6. Experience working in a commercial service-based company preferred

Pay & Benefits Package: 

1. $60-65K/year salary DOE 
2. Medical and dental care 100% covered for employee after 90 days 
3. 401k matching after 1 year 
4. Lunch is provided by the company on-site everyday
