  차세대 한국학자 초청 연구지원(AKS Graduate Fellowship)은 해외 교육 기관에서 한국학 관련 연구를 진행하는 외국인 및 재외국민 석․박사 과정 학생을 초청하여 6개월간 교육․연구 활동을 지원하는 한국학대학원의 비학위과정 프로그램입니다. 

2023. 9. 1. ~ 2024. 2. 29. 기간 동안 지원받을 대상자를 다음과 같이 모집하오니 관심있는 분들의 많은 신청 바랍니다.

1. 지원 내용

  가. 연구지원금 : 월 750,000원

  나. 여비 : 왕복 항공료 

  다. 숙소 : 본원 게스트하우스 무료 제공

  라. 지원 기간 : 6개월 (2023. 9. 1. ~ 2024. 2. 29.)

2. 신청 자격 : 연구지원 시작일(2023. 9. 1.)을 기준으로 다음 조건을 모두 만족하는 자

  가. 외국인 또는 재외국민

    ※ “재외국민”은 대한민국의 초·중·고등학교 및 대학 교육에 상응하는 교육과정을 전부 외국에서 이수한 자만 해당 

  나. 해외 대학 소속 석사 과정 재학생·수료생 및 박사 과정 재학생

  다. 연구 주제가 한국학과 관련 있는 자

  ※ 한국어 능력 우수자 우대  

  ※ 과거 수혜자는 지원할 수 없음.

3. 최대 선발 인원 : 5명

4. 선발 일정

 ※ 상기 일정은 사정에 의하여 변동될 수 있음.

  The AKS Graduate Fellowship is GSKS’ non-degree program which invites international graduate students to the AKS and supports them for six months, providing them with a momentum to grow to be a next generation of promising scholars in Korean studies. AKS Graduate Fellows for the period from 1^st September 2023 to 29^th February 2024 are now being sought. Those who aspire to widen and deepen their knowledge of Korea by conducting research at GSKS are very welcome to apply.

1. Fellowship Benefits

  A. Monthly stipend of KRW 750,000 is provided.

  B. An economy-class round trip airfare at actual expense is provided within the limit set in the 2023 fiscal guidance of the Ministry of Economy and Finance 

  C. The on-campus guesthouse is available free of charge.

  D. Fellowship Period : From 1^st Sep 2023 to 29^th Feb 2024 (6 months in total)

2. Eligibility

  As of the beginning of the fellowship period (1 September 2023), applicants should meet all of the following criteria.

※ A high level of proficiency in Korean language is preferred.

※ Previous AKS Graduate Fellows are not eligible to apply again.

3. Maximum Number of Fellows Sought : 5

  ※ It is subject to change depending on the qualifications of applicants.

4. Recruitment Schedule

  ※ It might change under the unexpected conditions.
