인터넷 craiglist 에서 방을 봤습니다.



믿을 수 없는 가격에 나왔죠,  너무 들어가고 싶은데, 좀 위험해 보여서요,,



받은 메일을 첨부합니다,, 이런 경우가 가능한가요??



제가 집이 좀 급해서요 ㅠㅠ





첫번째 메일 : 집사진이 첨부되어 있었습니다.



The rent for whole the condo for 1 month is $600 including all utilities(water,electricity, internet, cable, parking , airconditioning, fireplace, dishwasher, garbage) and the security deposit is $600 (you'll get the deposit back at your departure-or you can use it to pay your last month of rent) and I want to receive the money monthly in my bank account. You can move in the condo in the same day when you receive the keys. The only problem is that I`m the only person who has the keys and I have nobody in United States that could show you the condo. In order to check it, see if you like it(I'm sure that you'll love it), you need to receive the keys and the contract.

Thank you for your reply.



Before going further with anything I must tell you that for payments I will use the eBay Company, they will secure the transaction of payments. I will open a CASE ID# at eBay Company for this transaction and I will give them your full name, shipping info, phone# and indicate you as my tenant. After that, they will contact you with the payment details, and they will ask you to send them a refundable deposit, $1200 in 24 hours(the money will be for the first month of rent + the security deposit). After they receive your deposit, they will notify me immediately to start the shipping of the keys and the contract. You will receive a  tracking number in max 12 hours after they receive your deposit. The keys will reach to you in 3-4 days. After you'll receive the keys and the contract, the 14 days of inspection period will start( you'll have 14 days to see the condo, read the contract,

decide if you keep the condo or not.After the inspection you will contact them and tell your decision: TAKE THE CONDO or NOT TAKE THE CONDO! In case you'll take it you'll have to send them a copy of the contract signed by you and they will release the money to me, if not you'll have to send them the contract unsigned and they will refund your money(1200 $), the contract and the keys will be shipped back at my expenses! I will pay the shipping and you'll have to pay the money transfer fee for the refundable deposit.





결국 ,ebay company 를 통해서 거래를 한다는 건데요,, ebay 에서 이런 업무도 하나요?



ebay 에 전화해서 물어보고 싶은데,, 어떻게 연락처가 나오질 안아서요,,



확인할 방법이 없나해서요,, 학교에서는 무조건 돈주지 말라고 하는데,,



너무 좋은 조건이어서요,, 놓치고 싶지 않아요,, 주의할점이나,



아니면 이 사람이 부동산 주인이 맞는지 확인할 방법이 없을까요? 그 사람말만 100% 신뢰할 수 는 없으니까요,,



1) ebay company 가 실제로 이런 업무를 하는지 어떻게 확인할 수 있을까요?



2) 그 사람이 소유주라는 사실도 확인 가능한가요?



3) 어떻게 이 집을 속지 않고 확인할 방법이 없을까요? ㅠㅠ 꼮 답변 부탁드릴게요,,
