Acupuncture & Eastern medicine clinic in Lynnwood is looking for a receptionist who is dependable, trustworthy, and punctual. 

Job description includes: phones, scheduling appointments, greeting patients, entering charges, (billing insurance, patient billing, billing follow up,) light cleaning and doctor support. 

Applicant must have computer skills (familiarity with electronic medical records is a plus), excellent phone etiquette, the ability to adapt to changing needs and a pleasant demeanor. Ideal candidate would have experience in medical billing and knowledge of how to verify insurance or willing to learn. 

 

Applicant should be able to work at least one year or longer. 

Hours and work days are flexible. 

Must be a bilingual (English/Korean).
