Duties & Responsibilities

• Greeting visitors / answering phone calls and email inquiries
• Scheduling and managing client meetings
• Organizing and scanning client documents
• Entering data using MS Excel and accounting software
• Managing incoming and outgoing mail

 

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills in both English and Korean
• Experience in receptionist / assistant position is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
