We are an established Korean Grocery company looking for a staff accounting assistant. We're growing fast and there is always opportunity for advancement. The right candidate needs to work well in a team environment, be very flexible and coach-able, have a positive attitude, and be open to new challenges. Candidate must be able to work well under pressure, able to meet deadlines, and be proficient in Quick Books and Excel.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- A/P clerk duties

- A/R clerk duties

- Payroll clerk duties

- Reconciliation and processing of daily transactions

- Maintaining and filing of company/employee documents and files

- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with team and customers.

- Meet deadlines.

- Tasking assistance (form development)



Qualifications:

- Proficient with Quick Books

- Administrative and bookkeeping experience preferable.

- Experience in real estate management office environment preferable.

- Bilingual Korean / English.

Benefits and office conditions:

- Hours of operation - Monday through Friday - 8am to 5pm; Schedule could vary.

- Health/Vision/Dental benefits available after 60 days.

- Sick Pay Available

- Wage DOE.
