Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

• Rotate and splits time between the teller line and platform to control flow of traffic during peak times depending on where help is most needed.

• Multitasks among different job roles to address all service or transaction needs (cash transactions and opening basic accounts)

• Develop and maintain account relationships with a high level of professionalism that meets and exceeds customer expectations

• Additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisors.

 

Education, Experience, and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 0-5 years of banking experience

• Must be bilingual in English and Korean

• Good communication skills

• Good teamwork and positive attitude

• Detail oriented and able to multi-task

• Basic computer skills
