Synergy Building Services has served a whole range of commercial and private buildings throughout the Puget Sound for over two decades. We provide services ranging from general janitorial services to floor care and maintenance to commercial buildings, medical offices, municipal spaces, event halls, residential halls, and business parks to name a few. Our company, located in Redmond, has been growing and we are looking to expand our team!



Synergy takes pride in providing prompt, genuine, and professional customer service. We are seeking an efficient, organized, adaptable, sociable candidate who has demonstrated outstanding spoken and written communication skills.



Assistant account managers will aid the account managers in the following duties. As a team, they will be dedicated to meeting client satisfaction. Their daily duties will include but are not limited to the following:







· Provide customer support and meet customer satisfaction



· Communicate with and provide support to internal teams



· Scheduling services with subcontractors and technicians



· Submit proposals, bids, contracts for new and existing buildings



· Organize and file documents



· Walk through buildings for quality control



· Submit work orders and deliver daily in-person meetings



· Identify issues and make sound judgement to provide suitable solutions







Experience in the industry is not required; however, the following experiences and skills are desired:



· Experience in customer service



· Strong organizational skills



· Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams



· Bilingual in Korean and English
