Basic Qualifications

• At least 5 years’ experience in commercial loan sales (SBA loan included) 
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (We do not offer visa sponsorship.)
• Strong interpersonal skills for selling financial lending products
• Ability to leverage external business referrals and relationships to increase market shar
• Develop and execute a local marketing plan for external business development designed to meet KPI goals
• Fluent in Korean 
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (No visa sponsorship)

 

Job Description

• Controls new loan activities and performs marketing activities to promote new loans
• Preparation and reviews of credit memo for new loan applications
• Overlook loan closing activities such as obtaining documents from customers, reviews of legal documents, arrangement of closing process and loan closing
• Supervising loan administration activities such as updating credit documents and collateral administration
• Supervising and performing of annual look back reviews as per the Lending Policy
• Performing site visitation
• Supervising renewal, extension, and refinance for maturing loans
• Review of credit memo for loan modifications including renewals, extensions, and other modifications
• Supervising and controls on follow-up activities for past due loans and problem loans
• Administration for problem loans such as loans rated SM or below
