Koolance currently has an exciting opportunity for talented Sales/tech Representative that would like to join our team as full-time employees in Auburn, WA.

We specialize in low MOQ, custom-manufactured components and subassemblies for OEM/ODM, with emphasis on rapid development and production. Our U.S. and Korea locations also stock a variety of products, such as: cold plates, chillers, heat exchangers, fittings, and other types of liquid cooling systems. We strive to provide exceptional performance, reliability, power savings, and significant noise reduction in thermal management solutions for our customers worldwide.
*Sales/tech Representative - (Auburn, WA, USA) Responsibilities*
Serves customers by promoting merchandise and processing payments. Duties include:
- Promotes sales by contacting customers
- Helps customers in providing information and answering questions
- Obtains payments by processing checks, credit cards, and PO accounts
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- May assist warehouse personnel with shipment preparation
Skills/Qualifications: Must have previous related sales experience, with exceptional customer-oriented skills. Applicant should be comfortable with standard office software, email, word processing, etc. Some working knowledge of computer hardware is highly preferred. Specific training will be provided. Other essentials include good verbal communication, customer service, teamwork, enthusiasm, productivity, flexibility, and a desire to learn new skills. Light customer service technicians assist customers via phone, email, and the website with product installations and other technical issues. They are responsible for issuing RMA (return merchandise authorization) numbers for products being returned, and repairing or replacing products as needed. Applicants preferably have an working-knowledge of computer hardware, system building experience, good verbal communication skills, and be capable of learning new procedures relating to the repair and maintenance of liquid cooling products.
Salary: starting at $25/hr
