저는 곧 졸업후 집 계약을 마치고 시애틀을 떠날 예정인 학생입니다.
저는 이 집에서 약 2년간 지내왔고 만족하면서 지내왔습니다. 룸메도 룸메로서 좋은 사람이라 추천하고자 여기에 글을 남깁니다.
룸메는 직장인 남성입니다. 미국 영주권이 있는 에스토니아 사람인데, 정말 불편한점 하나 없이 잘 지냈습니다.
이 집/룸메의 가장 큰 장점으로는
- 버스정류장이 걸어서 1분도 안 걸리는 위치 + 환승없이 버스로 약 20분
- 계약 첫 6개월 이후로는, Month-to-month 계약으로 상대적으로 유연합니다. (단기로 살아보고, 시애틀에 거주하면서 다른 집을 찾기도 괜찮을겁니다.)
- 룸메가 직장인이고, 유럽에서도 비지니스를 해서 1년 중 약 절반은 집을 비움. 이시기에 넓은 거실/주방을 혼자 사용합니다.
- 룸메가 성격이 굉장히 좋고, 조용하고, 깨끗합니다.
- 2b2b로, 개인 화장실을 사용합니다.
- 룸메가 시애틀 근처 자연을 돌아다니는것을 좋아해서, 차가 없으시면 같이 좋은시간을 보내기 좋습니다.

Looking for a responsible and easygoing roommate for a well-maintained, furnished apartment.
The available room is private and has its own dedicated bathroom (located in the hallway). The room is partially furnished, while the apartment itself is fully furnished and equipped with everything needed.
There is also a washer and dryer in the unit.
The building is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and is right on a bus line, with a stop directly in front, offering convenient access to the University of Washington and other areas.
Rent: $1,300/month
Utilities: Water/sewer/garbage billed via RUBS + electricity/internet split
Security deposit: $1,000
