    • • 부기, 재무 보고서 작성, 세무 신고 등 다양한 회계 업무 수행 / 급여 관리 및 관련 법률 준수 / 감사 및 예산 프로세스 지원 / 정확한 재무 기록 및 장부 유지
  • 자격 요건:
    • • 회계 또는 관련 분야 학사 학위 이상 / 회계 관련 경력 우대 / 회계 관련 소프트웨어 (예: QuickBooks/Xero) 사용 능력 / 한국어 및 영어 능력

1. 1. Accounting Staff
   • Hourly Wage: $23-$32
   • Location: Federal Way, WA
   • Benefits: Health insurance, paid vacation, retirement plan
   • Responsibilities:
     
     • Perform various accounting tasks such as bookkeeping, preparing financial reports, and tax filings
     • Manage payroll and ensure compliance with related laws
     • Support audit and budgeting processes
     • Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
   • Qualifications:
     
     • Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting or related field
     • Preferred experience in accounting
     • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks/Xero)
     • Proficiency in Korean and English

1. 2. Reception and Administrative Staff
   • Hourly Wage: $21-$28
   • Location: Federal Way, WA

   • Responsibilities:
     
     • Assist with company administrative tasks and support the accounting department
     • Greet clients and visitors
     • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department
     • Manage schedules and coordinate client meetings
     • Handle mail and manage office supplies
     • Check emails, voicemails, and print call logs daily
   • Qualifications:
     
     • Associate degree or bachelor’s degree or higher
     • Preferred experience in reception or administrative work
     • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
     • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Excel)
     • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
     • Proficiency in Korean and English

1. 3. Administrative Position
   • Salary: $22-$28 per hour
   • Location: Federal Way, WA
   • Benefits: Health insurance, paid vacation, retirement plan
   • Responsibilities:
     
     • Manage and support overall company administration
     • Handle billing and invoicing
     • Provide customer service support
   • Qualifications:
     
     • Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative or management support (preferred)
     • Proficiency in Korean and English
